Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items where the seal has been broken
- Products returned outside the 14-day period
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
