Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which Nutri Peak sells to you through www.nutripeak.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Nutri Peak is a supplement brand trading in the United Kingdom.

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches a real person. We aim to reply within one working day.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and ordering as a consumer, not for resale. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
3. Our products
We sell food supplements. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, and every active ingredient and its amount is stated in full on the label and on the product page. Packaging and label design may change from time to time. Always read the label on the product you receive before use.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude delivery, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
We take payment at the point of order. If a price is obviously wrong through an error on our part, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. If that happens we will contact you before dispatch, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £20. Orders under £20 are charged at £1.99. Delivery is always free on subscription orders, whatever the value.
Orders are picked and dispatched within one working day, and usually arrive within two to three working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we will sort it out.
7. Subscriptions
If you subscribe, you save 15% for as long as you remain subscribed, and delivery is free on every subscription order.
We will email you before each renewal, so nothing is a surprise. You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Changes must be made before an order is processed; once an order has been processed it is treated as a normal order under these terms.
If a payment fails we will retry it automatically and email you. If it continues to fail, the subscription will pause or cancel, and nothing further will be sent or charged.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Because these are consumable health products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and with their seal intact. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will tell you how to return the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item back.
This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in those circumstances, and we will cover return postage. Contact us and we will put it right.
9. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are limited to one per order and, unless stated otherwise, one use per customer. They carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.
10. Reviews and customer content
Reviews published on this site are from real customers. Individual experiences vary, and a review is one person's opinion rather than a claim about what a product will do for you. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may decline to publish content that is abusive, misleading, or that makes medical claims.
11. Our website
The content of this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Nutri Peak or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or impair it.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
13. Your information
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
15. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@nutripeak.co.uk and tell us what happened. We would rather fix a problem than argue about one.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
